Albert Einstein and Sigmund Freud a couple of the greatest minds of our time actually met each other once; in 1927 when Einstein was 27 and Freud was 70 and commented:-

"He understands as much about psychology as I do about physics, so we had a very pleasant talk"

This formula is the imagined  result of their collaborative efforts to inspire wellbeing if they had spent more time together.

This Wellbeing Formula* is the foundation of the F4s coaching methodology, the template to help people to appreciate, learn and master for themselves.
The definition of a successful life varies from person to person, influenced by individual beliefs, ideas, goals & desires to attain fulfilment, happiness and a sense of purpose.
It also involves setting and achieving meaningful goals, maintaining healthy relationships contributing to society and continuously learning & growing.
My aim through a series of Wellbeing & Life Coaching modules is to give people the tools and confidence to put them back in control, replace those bad habits & obstacles, help energise their  day, enjoy life to the full and start believing in themselves and their abilities once more.

About F4S’s Founder, Kris

Happily married for over 35 years with 3 children and 4 grandchildren (at the last count.) I have been through plenty of life's ups and downs, and have still come through it all smiling.

After over 25 years in sales leadership roles at corporates and start-ups, I realised what I enjoyed most of all was helping people to progress. I discovered that all problems had a similar pattern, a formula that could be followed and used to guide people, give them purpose to help them tackle their worries head on and achieve their plans and goals.

The penny finally dropped that I could specialise in what I enjoyed most, helping people to be the best they can be and the Formulas 4 Success wellbeing & coachng programs were born.

As a wellbeing & life coach practitioner, I am committed to providing personalised support to look at all aspects of your world helping you to overcome any challenges and empower you to live a life aligned with your aspirations: In order to do this we need to know where you are today.

With the Wellbeing Formula in mind as a template I work with you to determine where you want to focus on first.

  • Stage 1 - Establish your satisfaction index - Rate how you feel in the key aspects that impact your life today.
  • Stage 2 - Define 100% satisfaction ? - What does it need to look like for you to rate each element at 100% ?
  • Stage 3 - Reveal the gaps - Put each aspect in order of largest to smallest difference in % rating.
  • Stage 4 - Agree your Goal - Through various tools & techniques we help you establish & prioritise your goals.
  • Stage 5 - Plan your journey - Uncover each step required for you to achieve your goal (s)
  • Stage 6 - Accountability - Agree milestones and check-in points to ensure you're right on track.
  • Stage 7 - The Finish Line - Review and ensure any new plans & routines are now business as usual.
  • Stage 8 - Revisit your Satisfaction index - What do you wish to focus on next ?
